The flat is 54 sq. m. big, located in the heart of Mokotow district - quiet residential area, yet just by the Royal Route of Warsaw, half way between Lazienki Royal Park & Wilanow Palace. For your comfort everything is around the corner.

Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

Supreme location in downtown Warsaw within walking distance to such attractions as one of the best theatres in Warsaw (TR Warszawa), Saviour Square with great hang-out places (Charlotte, etc) and Łazienki Park (a bit smaller from Central Park in NYC but definitely more beautiful :)). The apartment is located in the second row which makes it very quiet and also very sunny! It’s on 4th floor with no lift so you’ll enjoy some excercise! Self check-in allows flexibility.

Zapraszam Was do mojego przytulnego mieszkania położonego w urokliwej, zabytkowej kamienicy. Ten piękny apartament znajduje się po środku trzech parków w najpiękniejszej części Starego Mokotowa. Jest to również niesamowita gratka dla każdego foodie, bo w pobliżu znajduje się wiele fajnych restauracji i kawiarni. Nasi goście podkreślają również, że mieszkanie jest bardzo ciche, a więc dobre zarówno do pracy jak i relaksu.

Quiet, small apartment 17m2, for 1 person only. Światłowód. Placed in Warsaw centre. Fiber internet. Big bed for one person, cotton beddings, and everything you need to cook and wash. 3 floor without lift (!) Małe, ciche mieszkanie 17m2 w centrum, tylko dla 1 osóby. Światłowód, TV. Posiada wygodne łóżko dla jednej soby. Pościel starannie wyprasowana, bawełniana. III piętro bez windy (!) Nie wystawiam faktury.

Hi, will invite You to my apartment in the Promenada park, is a nice and clean place for stay with great localization and good communication. Very close to Lazienki Krolewskie garden. Supreme location in downtown Warsaw with plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries, nightclubs in the walking distance. Despite being located in the heart of Warsaw the place is quiet (windows outlooking the inner squere). The apartment is modern, freshly renovated, designed by an architect. The apartment has 44 sq meters and is located on 6th floor (you can use an elevator going to 5th floor).
