Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Private one bedroom lodge Set in gardens of 7 acres in a gated quiet location. 10 minutes from Guildford or Cranleigh. In the cycling heaven of the Surrey hills. Use of the tennis court. . A beautifully appointed space with everything you could want.. 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. We are on hand, you just need to ask. We do have friendly dogs. Walking distance to the village shop/pubs 7 mins across the garden and hill. Freezer in garage. Nespresso and pods.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Country bolthole on Surrey/Sussex border

Little Michaelmas is a cosy bolthole barn loft space situated on the Surrey/West Sussex border. It sits opposite the main house with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is in the heart of prime cycling, mountain biking and walking country - straight from the front door and a three minute walk to a great pub serving excellent food. Please do come and relax here and enjoy the wonderful countryside.
