River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. House is 10km from Dubrovnik, and 5 min walk to the center of Mlini where are beches and restaurants and caffes. There is shopping mall 1 km away. After all take a nice picture of panorama of Dubrovnik Old town from the sea and have a nice memory from Dubrovnik. The apartment is perched on a small hill in Montovjerna, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Dubrovnik's Old Town is around a five-minute drive away, while the nearest beach, Bellevue, is around 300 metres away.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.
