The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Il casolare dove viviamo e dove vi invitiamo è sotto il borgo di Mondaino, costruito a meta' 1800 e ristrutturato negli anni 80 da una coppia di artisti londinesi, che lo ha abitato fino a poco fa, donandogli uno stile semplice ma creativo. Da anni ospitavano su airbnb e noi con piacere portiamo avanti il progetto.
