King's Court is a quiet, 4 bedroom, family home in a magical setting looking over the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. Not only do you have stunning gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to, but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Garden Flat

Our garden flat is tucked away in a leafy location on the edge of Bath and enjoys stunning countryside views across the valley below. We are a 10 minute walk away from a great local pub serving good food. On our doorstep there are good local walks and we are within easy reach to the centre of Bath. The property has access to a private garden area to enjoy the peace and tranquility and take in the views. Car parking is free and is outside the flat and behind secure gates. Dogs are welcome.

The Regency Residence

Located right next door to the 'Modiste' Dress shop (Bridgerton), in the building that was styled as Mme Delacroix’s house in the Netflix series, this very spacious Regency property has quite simply the most desirable address! Owned by an artist, this romantic apartment faces the iconic Abbey Green, and has fabulous views of the spectacular 17th-Century Bath Abbey. On the doorstep are the famous Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, and an abundance of elegant townhouses, shops and restaurants.

Parking for one car in front of cottage. One mile walk into central Bath and lovely local scenic country walks. Small park with children’s playground, NISA grocery shop 2 mins walk away. A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
