Only a 10 to 15 minute drive from IU campus or IU Stadium, our place is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, half of a duplex (left side). Located in a country neighborhood setting, this home is minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and downtown. It is also close to Lake Monroe, Lake Lemon, Griffy Lake and Brown County for those nature lovers. Come make this your "Home Away" for work, an outdoor adventure, an IU game or to visit IU. The front has a small porch and the back has a brand new, large deck. A tree line provides privacy from Second Street in the back.
