The new private Hot Tub and Super Dome room with Roku TV and full internet and gas fireplace looks out at the complete privacy fenced-in backyard. Smoking outside is fine.

Perfect place to stay for a couples get away, working remote, or working in the Monroe area. Cozy! Private! Romantic! Perfect for the fisherman as well.

There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

5 minutes away from Bolles Harbor, this home is everything you will need to have a great trip. Extra long and wide driveway. Two boats fit in the driveway. If your boat/trailer is less than 80" tall and 26' long use the garage for boat storage. Charge your boat. The house is across the street from a train track.
