This is a traditional Shack with modern comforts. It’s the sort of place you might remember from childhood holidays. Located right on a beautiful bay it is the perfect getaway for families or couples. Walk out the front gate and you are on the beach. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean. I want guests to feel nostalgic, to say this is what we did when we were kids. To share those memories with their own kids and to make new memories together. Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

A simple life by the sea…. Breakwater Lodge is our hideaway. A refuge from everyday life. Fishing, sleeping, reading, snuggling in bed, cozying up to the wood fire with a glass of wine in hand, meandering along the beach, private boat sheds or fossicking for mussels on the lichen covered rocks…… a place where we can dream.
