It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Featuring 2 bedrooms and a full bath, this property just north of Greenville and west of Stanton is truly a tranquil place to escape. No matter the season, its the perfect time to get away and live life at the lake! Rental includes use of Kayaks, the Blue Canoe, and PFDs. A grill and basic fishing gear are also provided. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform and attached bench from early May through late October (weather permitting). Situated on 2 large lots that include a sandy beach and expansive access with panoramic views of Lake Wabasis. Plus a backyard vernal pond that's completely surrounded by woodlands and provides extreme privacy.
