The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Ground floor of ancient palace in Lucca, few meters away from the iconic Guinigi Tower, one of the most famous attraction in the city. Ideal for people who wants to enjoy at best the city center, but still have quiet and tranquillity in one of the finest quartier of the city. Excellent also as HQ to visit other places in Tuscany all very near like Florence, Pisa, Versilia.

Up, the attic on the top floor has an ideal location: in the center but outside the walls, 200 meters from Porta Santa Maria. It’s a cozy attic with wooden beams, perfect for experiencing the Tuscan atmosphere with your family. With a living room equipped with a 50-inch TV, sofa, armchairs, books, and board games, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), it offers comfort and warmth. Close to the train station, it's a great base for exploring Pisa, Florence, and Viareggio

Benvenuti nel nostro luminoso appartamento, situato vicino ad un ampio parcheggio gratuito e a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Da qui potrete visitare facilmente le città toscane tramite il treno: Lucca è a soli 30 minuti, Firenze e Pisa a circa un'ora. Troverete ristoranti e locali a pochi passi. Siamo lieti di ospitare anche i vostri amici animali! Per il check-in, saremo felici di accogliervi personalmente, ma offriamo anche un servizio di self check-in per il vostro massimo comfort.

The apartment lies in the fourth floor and unfortunately without an elevator, but you will have enough space to relax after an exciting day in the city Center.
