The beach and ocean is your backyard at this 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome (sleeps 8). Relax and enjoy the ocean, beach, and breathtaking sunset's. Watch the dolphins, whales, seals, swim by one of Santa Cruz's longest semi private beaches and pelicans diving for fish and migrating birds. An ideal location to enjoy surfing, walking, running and relaxing while at the beach. The comfort of our guests is our first priority. We want everyone to enjoy their stay.

Come stay at a magical retreat in Capitola Village, on the river and steps from the beach and village dining/activities. Enjoy the shared river-front yard to BBQ, roast marshmallows and dine on the river. Canoe down the river in our boat (seasonal only). Includes a master bedroom with a bathroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There are two twin sleeping nooks in the common area. Dining is a bar height table that seats 8. Fully stocked kitchen.
