This 1940's Bungalow is modern with a hint of it's original charm. This home features a fully equipped kitchen waiting for you to share all of your favorites after a long day of adventuring! Creatively designed to maximize space while keeping an open feeling. The private bedroom features a Queen sized bed or you can snuggle up on one of our two twin beds cleverly arranged to create a comfy sofa for any down time. Clean up after a long day with our fully stocked bathroom and laundry room!

Arbor House

The Arbor house is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom separate guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to it. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. Our property is just outside the city limits (by 100 ft) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of S.E. Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

The Farmhouse Cabin is a guest favorite! Sleeps up to 8 in beds including the futons. WiFi business office. Perfect place to work from your vacation. Playground for the children while you work. Central among more than a dozen state and national parks and monuments, and many ancient ruins.

Our cabin is the best place to relax, unplug and it is a truly magical place to catch your breath. You can even hike, bike or explore ruins without leaving the canyon.

A quiet retreat in the heart of Monticello, UT. Right down the street from the LDS temple, schools, grocery store, & more. You can walk to most anything in town. Recently updated, but be patient with the outside! The home still needs a lot of work outside, the yard is still mostly dirt & weeds. We hope you enjoy our home!
