Appartement lumineux, spacieux et calme dans le quartier Rosemont proche Petite Italie à 2min du métro Beaubien qui amène au Centre ville. Une chambre fermée adjacente à la pièce à vivre et une climatisation portative installée à la fenêtre l’été. Proche des lieux à visiter, à distance de marche du Plateau et marché Jean talon. Parking payant sécuritaire derrière l’immeuble (12$/jour ou 3$/heure). Nous sommes dans une copropriété, personnes calmes seulement et fêtes interdites svp #CITQ 317161

Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.
