What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

Welcome to our charming home built in 2018! The amazing place to gather with your friends and family. The home is at the center of new development in Southeast Lodi within a 5-10 minute drive to local wineries, Wine & Roses, Lodi Lake, Downtown, Lodi Memorial Hospital, restaurants & stores. This stunning house has an open floor plan that is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty space to accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably.

This country cottage is brimming with grace and charm. It is adorned with new and antique country style furnishings. Garden Fair Cottage has an abundance of natural light. The living room has a cast iron fire stove, splendid for cold nights snuggling in with a glass of wine or hot cocoa. The large living room window lets you view a charming patio surrounded by flowers along with a beautiful Italian water fountain. A large kitchen window lets you enjoy the morning sun shining over the vineyard.

Beautiful 3k sq ft country home just ten minutes away from Lodi’s amazing wineries! Spacious backyard for BBQing after your wine tastings or just lounging in the hammock. Complete office with 2 desks, white board and TV. Work out space w/ free weights, bench & cycle machine. The master bedroom has a king bed w/ 55’ TV the 2nd bed has a queen bed. There are 3 air mattress that can be put out for further sleeping accommodations. Longer than 30 day stays message me for rates and bookings please.

There is also fire pit and bbq grill that guest can use during their stay.
