Die große Ferienwohnung liegt ganz zentral in der Innenstadt St. Pölten an der Ecke Rathausplatz/Marktgasse. Wenn du in dieser geräumigen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe: Die Innenstadt, zum Weinverkosten und Wandern die Wachau und das Traisental im Norden, die Stadt Wien (20 min mit dem Zug!), die Voralpen im Süden zum Wandern , die Stadt Melk und natürlich das Naherholungsgebiet Viehofner Seen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 6 Personen.

New apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside. Nice terrace. Completely quiet location and still only 15 minutes by subway to the center of Vienna. A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. A large recreation park is located directly behind the building. A daily open cafe with breakfast and daily menu is also in the immediate vicinity. Gym in the building.

Entspanne Dich in einer ruhigen und freundlichen Umgebung. Im ehemaligen Gasthaus Eichinger befindet sich die gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Ein großer Garten läd zum Verweilen ein. Der Bach daneben verlockt zum Erkunden. Im kleinen Ort Kirchbach gibt es zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte, wobei eines eine wirklich ursprüngliche Greißlerei ist. Weiters gibt es ein Gasthaus, ein Grafikmuseum, einen Teich, eine Kirche, ein Brettermuseum und einen Skilift.

Ferienhäuschen mit ganz viel Charme im Strassertal

Das historische Häuschen aus dem 19. Jahrhundert wurde 2023 behutsam revitalisiert, um den ursprünglichen Charme zu erhalten. Wir liegen direkt an den Wein-Radrouten Riesling-Tour und Zweigelt-Tour. Die Hochzeitslocations im Ortszentrum sind fußläufig in ca. 1,5 km über einen nachts beleuchteten Spazierweg erreichbar. Klimaanlage brauchen wir keine, auch im Hochsommer ist es im Haus durch die dicken Steinwände angenehm kühl!
