We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Guests enjoy a private entrance to the newly remodeled apartment, which is ready for you to relax and enjoy. Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.

Spend a relaxing visit lakeside in our rustic little cottage on beautiful Song Lake. Our quaint little two bedroom cabin comes with all the comforts of home. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing lakeside. Also great for skiing in the winter, with Song Mountain less than a mile away, and 2 other ski resorts nearby. Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.
