The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Si può alloggiare lontano dal trambusto della città avendo comunque a portata di mano il mare e l’allegra città di Civitanova. A disposizione una Jacuzzi per i due alloggi.

Mare e montagna sono a portata di mano entro pochi chilometri. Le Marche sono una terra ricca di arte, storia e di sapori. Addentrandosi tra le colline si scoprono piccole aziende agricole che producono prodotti tipici e un gran numero di cantine dove assaggiare ottimi vini!

At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.
