The West Branch River runs through the far end of our 7.2 acre property , as does the popular Stowe Recreation Path. The "Rec Path", used by walkers and bikers alike , is a 5.5 mile paved trail that winds from Stowe Village alongside the River. For Mountain enthusiasts, the Cady Hill Forest Trails is less than a mile away.

Our newly opened Standard King Hotel Room Stay (2nd floor) in the East Wing at Sun & Ski Inn and Suites. Enjoy a comfortable king bed, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests love our riverside hotel setting with an on-site bowling lounge. Steps from the Stowe Recreation Path, it’s the perfect home base for your Vermont getaway. We also have a Stowe Golf Park, which opens April through October with a park like setting for a true Golf in Miniature experience.

Our Ledges King room features one king bed with a custom build headboard, writing desk, gear closet, sitting chair, loft reading nook with a twin size daybed, and a deck. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo, single sink vanity and bath products by Ursus Major. Please note that none of our rooms have televisions (a very intentional choice!) but there is fast and dependable wi-fi throughout the property.
