Paso Robles, wine country, is 40 min NE & Pismo Beach is 20 min south. Los Osos is a quiet bedroom community w/ great hiking & walking trails & restaurants.

The home looks like a small cottage, but in reality it is a 2300 square feet with 4 bedrooms, a living room and family room! There is a beautiful front yard and patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Near over 200 wineries are accessible from this quiet hamlet. We welcome respectful guests that will not upset the neighborhood.

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer.
