„Weniger ist mehr“ – So lautet eine der goldenen Regeln für gute Gestaltung, von der wir uns bei der Restaurierung unseres Hofes in der Uckermark leiten ließen. Zum Birkenhof gehören mehrere Hektar Land mit Wiesen, Obst- und Gemüsegarten und unserem kleinen Birkenhain, der dem Hof seinen Namen gab. Das Bauernhaus eignet sich ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Bauernhaus kann auch zusammen mit dem Stallgebäude und Waschhaus gemietet werden.

Mitten im Naturpark „Am Stettiner Haff“ und am Rande des Naturschutzgebiets Ahlbecker Seegrund liegt unsere romantische Hofstelle aus den ersten Jahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts auf einem großen, umzäunten Grundstück. Der Hof besteht aus einem von Linden und Fichten umgebenen Haus mit gepflegtem, buchsbaumumsäumten Vorgarten und einer daran anschließenden reetgedeckten Scheune.
