Living room and bathroom are decorated with arabesque marble from the Apuan Alps, while the bedroom retains the historic floors. The apartment, unique in its kind, also benefits from a natural cooling system.

WI-FI, smart TV, coffee machine are included. Only 60 meters far from the seashore and same distance from Palmieri square.
