Set on a half acre property next to our historic farmhouse, centrally located at the outskirts of Motupipi, at the eastern side of Golden Bay, only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from Takaka township. Modern 3 bedroom house located only 100m from the beautiful Ligar Bay beach. The house sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The house is perfect for your summer or winter getaway. We do not allow pets. Bed linen provided as well as one bath towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels. Just a heads up that we provide hand soap for guest use, but for reasons of hygiene and personal preference please bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Central pet friendly home

Te Kakau is a three bedroom house located in Takaka five minutes walk to the Village. All the amenities are close but you feel quiet and rural. We are very happy to negotiate long term stays. We have put a lot of thought into what guests need to enjoy their stay and feel that the house is well equipped and comfortable. Dogs are welcome for a small extra fee.

This gorgeous two bedroom cottage oozes with character and has it's own sun deck and private garden.  It's in a private location 5 minutes drive from Takaka and only a one-minute drive to Pohara beach and the beachside 9 hole Takaka golf course.  It's an ideal base for families or a romantic getaway for two.
