New Hampshire Lakes Region Home With Beach Access

Walk to the beach down the street, hike the trails/snow shoe at Castle in Clouds, or visit one of the ski resorts in the area. The house can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

Lake Winnipesaukee Hide away

3 minute walk to a beautiful private association beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. This charming cottage has been recently renovated and has a classic rustic flavor with hardwood and pine floors, walls, and trim. Three bedrooms, all on one level. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second room is very small and only has a queen bed in it , the third bedroom has bunk room with custom bunk beds - 4 twin beds in total. Short drive to numerous hiking destinations. Bath Towels and linens are provided.

The Nook at Ambrose Cove

This cozy cottage is a wonderfully unique stay! You will experience a balance between upscale camping and a lake Winnepausaukee waterfront experience. Located on-site to a well known marina, you'll have your own slice of heaven nestled on a dock overlooking the lake. You’ll have access to a newly renovated shared shower and bath house. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.
