Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment in the modern Eden Green complex! The apartment is best suited to a single guest or a couple, but the sofa bed in the living room allows flexibility. The apartment complex is secured by keycards for the safety of all residents and guests. Please note we do not allow parties. You can self check-in using a digital lockbox, which is available from 3pm, with check-out by 11am. One free car park is available in the secure parking complex.

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

It is attached to our 100 year old home, but is completely self contained. There are outdoor areas for you, tv with chromecast available, games. Bus and train are close by. Polished wooden floors, eco cleaning products, full sanitising. Breakfast is included in the price - Homemade muesli, bread and yoghurt, spreads, tea and coffee.

Please note that loud music and parties are not permitted in the apartment to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. *Parking is going through a refurb. Plenty of parking outside building I’ll supply daily permits*
