It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.)
