Our modern tiny home is located on a small raspberry farm on the edge of the stunning Wombat Forest just out of Trentham, Victoria. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable retreat complete with an indoor fireplace, kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge & day beds perfect for the ultimate relax and reset stay. We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

Enjoy the relaxed country atmosphere at my place with both front & rear decks to sit and enjoy the tranquil views including horses, cows, sheep and llamas, amazing sunsets & starry nights. Great for couples, families, work stays etc. Offering 2 Queen bedrooms (1st with wall mounted TV) Every 3rd Sunday, Talbot hosts one of Victoria's biggest & best farmers markets, We are 10 mins from popular Maryborough for ALL your shopping needs, & 10 mins from the famous 'Booktown' township of Clunes.

Mount Cole Cottages - Kookaburra Cottage

Kookaburra Cottage - Two bedroom eco cottage (built 2017) situated on our 13 acres bush property. Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & a wide assortment of birdlife. 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. EV Car charger. Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.

During farm walks you will see kangaroos, wallabies, echidna and many birds including our resident eagles. Beckworth Retreat is a working farm located at the foot of Mt Beckworth just 20min north of Ballarat. Great place for groups but please note that we live in our attached private area and you will be amongst daily farm activity.

Our delightful 2 bedroom self contained cottage called Bonnie Views has unparalleled views - set high on a hill overlooking the historic township of Clunes. Peaceful and tranquil the birds sing in the morning. At night watch the sun set over Mount Beckworth while having a wine on the deck. Clunes hosts many annual events including Booktown (International) in May each year. Our cafes, hotel and local shops are brimming with signs of welcome. So why not come and see for yourself!

Great for a quiet weekend with just a few friends or a wonderful location that accommodates for a large group making it ideal for a family get together, wedding group or a girls weekend. This property pretty much lends it self to whatever you desire, big or small.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
