Suitably comfortable for a couple + 1-2 children Great location with easy access to motorways and public transport including bus and trains. Private entrance with electric gate and fully fenced.

Beautiful modern compact apartment in the highly sought-after area of Mt Eden/Three Kings. Great cafes close by. Handy to bus stop into and out of the city and university and on airport bus route. The apartment is light, airy and quiet with large double doors opening onto a sunny deck. Great for couples, solo travelers and for business travelers (one queen bed). Fully equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, iron, heatpump. All Linen provided. Secure building. Free parking on the street.

Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

We do not have off-street parking or parking in available in the building garage. A short stroll from Our Place is Mount Eden Village, full of cafes, restaurants, and specialty stores. Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.
