Le Male Terre Etna

Situated in Ragalna, this brilliant holiday home features a 5000sqm garden with an outdoor pool of 15mx10m, 1,5m deep at the front and 3m deep on the back, working 24h, with a complete pool furniture: sun beds, beach umbrella & shower. The unit is only 18km to the volcano Etna, 22km to Catania Airport. The two kitchens are fully furnished with: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine. The outdoor kitchen present a magnificent barbecue! There are TVs in all bedrooms and livings, DVD player and stereo.

The gondola to the beach is only a 4-minute walk away. The villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

La posizione è molto strategica, per la sua vicinanza a numerose località turistiche. Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.
