Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Welcome to "The Den on Diamond Drive". "The Den” is a quiet & comfortable apartment. There is a large 65" smart TV, Xbox, Netflix & free wi-fi. Comfortable (guest reviews concur) & warm beds, block out blinds so you can sleep in late. Queen, double & trundle single. Plenty of wardrobe space with extra pillows/blankets/towels. The leather lounges are great for lazing around, watching TV or reading. Cards, board games & reading material will ensure there is something to occupy everyone.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal.
