Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

The Witches Mill - a magical historic landmark

Once known as the Witches Mill, this historic landmark was the hub for British witchcraft and magic long before Rowling, Potter, and Hogwarts. Now transformed from a ruined mill tower into a stunning four-storey cottage, it features four bedrooms and a glass rooftop offering breathtaking views of the island’s southern landscape. The interior is thoughtfully designed to evoke a sense of mystery and enchantment, making it a perfect getaway for those who appreciate a touch of the extraordinary.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Ground floor 2 bedroom Penthouse Apt

This apartment is huge with many period features and boasts a massive lounge with log burner and bay window and quite possibly the largest sofa you will ever see. There is a well equipped galley kitchen, separate office area, dining area and 2 further seating areas. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite shower room and a second bedroom with a separate luxury bathroom. It sleeps 4 adults / children. The en-suite has 1 King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Situated directly opposite small stream that winds through the landscape with direct access to the historic Manx Electric Railway stop. The property features an open-plan living space , complete with kitchenette and a separate modern shower room. You're only 10-minute journey from Douglas; Ideal for a luxurious glamping experience, this is a place to recharge, reflect, and rediscover the simple pleasures.

Detached studio apartment finished to a very high standard. It’s comfortable, spacious, quiet and unique. With plenty of private off-road parking, steam room, double Juliette balconies and beautiful views. In the heart of Ramsey. A 5 minute walk to the TT course (if that’s your thing!). Ideal for walkers, cyclists, car and of-course motorbike enthusiasts . We have the Sulby river on our door step too!

Foghorn cottage with stunning views.

Unique historic lighthouse building in a stunning location with peace and tranquility. Foghorn cottage is only minutes from the capital Douglas and all amenities, but feels so remote and wonderfully free. Please note, the cottage is only accessible by foot via the footpath across the beach or from the top of Douglas head. 200 steps one way. (takes about 5 minutes to walk) Short video is available if required.

Modern 2 bed furnished apartment (Wi-fi + Netflix)

Relax in this calm, stylish space close to the town centre (approx 15 mins walk) and less than a minute from the prom. Close to a small supermarket, cinema, gym and various takeaways. Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

Beautiful cottage in West Baldwin. Ten minute drive from Douglas. Glorious walks, dark skies and so peaceful. A covered dining area near the river and birdsong can be enjoyed in any weather. Five minute drive/30 minute walk from Nobles hospital.
