A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

The cabin has NO ELECTRICITY OR RUNNING WATER but solar lighting illuminates nicely and there are convenient private showers available offsite. Potable water provided.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Cozy little cottage off the beaten path offers peace and serenity with a beautiful view of Lake Steven. Unwind and relax in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, attached garage, large yard for activities, a dock, washer and dryer and so much more. Home has many updates including all fresh paint and flooring. Unplug and take a walk along the lake, enjoy some fishing, paddleboarding, or a bonfire before turning in for the night. Enjoy a lake view from the main bedroom. Close the doors to the living room to create a second private sleeping area on the fold out couch.

It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.
