A getaway for family and friends, the sharp clean lines of this house with its green roof and natural eco-treated wood siding was designed to blend into its natural surroundings...with the non-human visitors, including Moose, Elk, Deer, Bear and Great Horned Owls, we think it has. The 700 square feet of deck offers a great viewing for sunsets and wildlife.

Just 10 minutes from FairPlay and 40 minutes to Breckenridge depending on traffic for world class skiing. Centrally located to rafting, biking and fishing.

Large/Med. downstairs bedroom set up with queen bed & private bathroom. Only reason owner would access room Is for the fire place in fall/winter months. Laundry used my roommates if coordinated with guest. Lots of parking. Wrap around deck with covered area. Garden level entry, with separating privacy curtains to the upstairs. Dogs welcome. Very clean place. Outside fire pit. Wood burning stove. Access to all common areas with great views, kitchen, WiFi, wildlife, sun!

Mt. Columbia is our largest stand alone chalet, formerly the office/owner's residence, it's layout is unique and is located closest to the entrance. A gated deck and fenced in yard makes it perfect for pets and a private hot tub out back looks on a meadow of aspens towards the creek. Unwind on the leather sofa and reclining chair in the main living room in front of a beautiful gas fireplace and 65'' DLP TV.

Welcome to Mountain Haus! Located above the town of Leadville on a private street with walking access to trails and the mineral belt. Only 1 mile from the heart of downtown Leadville! A recent review said it had a Goldilocks quality of being just far enough away from town to feel private and secluded, while being close enough to walk; we couldn’t agree more!
