Cottonwood Cabin By Garden Of The Gods.

The Cottonwood log cabin is an authentic antique log cabin, circa 1850. It was disassembled in Dixon Kentucky and brought across the river to Timber Ridge in 2013. Guests have full and private access to this cabin. It is located on a small resort that guests are welcome to walk around. We are adjacent to thousands of acres of Shawnee National Forest. The main resort area has a pond for catch and release fishing, paddle boating and a pavilion with games. The fireplace is non-operational.

The cabin is set in a 90 acre area surrounded by woods with two small lakes (fishing, walking trails and paddle boating available at no extra charge). There is only one other cabin on the 90 acres. Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place.

The Geneva Cabin is one of a kind (not in the woods) and has everything you need to enjoy whatever occasion brings you to the area. Located less than 2 miles from the wildlife refuge, 10 min to downtown Henderson, 7 mi to I-69 the property sits in the middle of a quiet dead-end street. This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.
