The town boat launch is only 2 min away and mountain bike / downhill trails only 5 min. Two local golf courses in the area. Marble River and Alice Lake are on your way in to Port Alice and we highly recommend visiting them. Side Bay is accessible through Port Alice. Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. This beautiful cottage is situated less than 5 minutes from town with a north facing unobstructed ocean view. Walking distance to the ocean. Permanent residents will welcome you on the property at time of check. Wifi available, in-suite washer and dryer, private parking and RV hookup. This cottage can stay up to 5 guests. The cottage is entirely on its own and not attached to any other dwellings, as seen in the pictures. The rental is of the entire dwelling.
