The apartment intersects the recently opened Tweed Valley Railway cycle path providing easy access by bike to Peebles and Innerleithen.

Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

Private garden and spaces to sit out and enjoy some well earned rest. The house is close to the mountain bike trails and the town centre, an hour on the bus to the city of Edinburgh. We are dog friendly. The house is set up for folk who love the outdoors with plenty of secure storage and drying facilities! A family home when not rented.

The perfect place to relax after a day in the hills or the surrounding area. The Pentland Cosy nestles at the foot of the Pentland hills regional park. A self-contained one-bedroom lodge, the Cosy is tucked away a few metres from waymarked walks. Available all year round it’s ideal for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. Bring boots or bikes and head off from your own door. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

Eco loft overlooking garden and stream

This artist and architect-designed house is clad in larch and well insulated with wool felts. The access to the separate loft of our eco-house is via an external staircase. A large south facing window in the main room overlooks the woodland garden and Shiplaw burn. There is a workspace/single bedroom for an extra guest. We are located within one of the biggest habitat restoration projects in Europe and are five minutes walk from a regular bus service to Edinburgh and across the Borders.

Spacious, self-contained annex near Edinburgh

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

Delightfully cosy, well equipped, simple, central flat ideal for couples, friends or small families. Breakfast goodies to start you off included. The bedroom can be set up as two singles or a kingsize bed. Double sofa bed in sitting room. Garden with apple trees and a summerhouse on decked area. Well equipped kitchen. Please note An additional cost may be charged if there is excessive use of electricity or gas above my fair usage policy as stated in house rules.

The Wee Trail House, Peebles & Glentress

The Wee Trail House is next-door to the main Trail House and was recently renovated to a high standard. The decor is warm, clean and relaxing throughout. A new kitchen was installed as well as a fresh modern bathroom. There are two bedrooms with king size zip and link beds which can be set up as double or twin rooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is very sociable and the coffee table easily converts into a small or large dining table.

Comfortable for 4 people and dog , make yourselves at home in this 2 bedroomed cabin set on the edge of a private loch . Spend your day walking , cycling , or visiting local towns , and your evenings in the peaceful hamlet of Macbiehill where you can enjoy the quiet and tranquil surroundings, and maybe even soak in the outside bath and star gaze.
