Shell Cottage is a traditional fishermen's dwelling set directly on the waterfront in a traffic-free zone in atmospheric Mousehole harbour. Perfectly positioned next to the sea, it is a few steps from the beach and just around the corner from all village amenities including award-winning restaurants, shops. delicatessens and two pubs. We have lovingly restored this one bedroom cottage from its previous life as a Fisherman's cottage to offer a perfect romantic retreat for two. When Dylan Thomas honeymooned in Mousehole he called it ''the loveliest village in England''. The Cottage is cute, cosy and comfortable - ideally situated just a few minutes walk to the Harbour. Perfect for a lazy Spring or Summer break or curl up by the wood burner during cooler months. And with all the little extras to make your stay truly memorable

En-suite Rural Log Cabin

Purpose built wooden cabin providing an en suite bedroom, in the garden, tucked up behind the brook. Sleeps up to 3 people with the addition of an airbed (2 adults and 1 child), and enjoys views of the surrounding garden and brook. You are actually right next to the babbling brook, to lull you off to sleep! We currently have no WiFi due to local storm damage. The cabin is a 7 minute walk from Tanglewood Wild Garden which ranks as number 5 in Tripadvisor’s 10 top attractions in Penzance.

Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
