U neposrednoj blizini, na svega 50m se nalazi najatraktivnije setaliste brdo Ljubovic, okruzeno borovom sumom i koja je najpoznatija setacka zona u Podgorici. Stan se nalazi na svega 9 km do aerodroma. U blizini stana su takodje locirani brojni supermarketi, restorani i barovi.

It's 700m from the center of the town, less than 10 minutwalking distance from the river. All important spots in the town are very close. There are two bus stations and taxi stations.

An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area, just under the hill and park Gorica which has a lovely pedestrian zone. It is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays and ideal for couples, solo travellers or IT nomades. It is around 20-minute walk from the city centre or 5-minute drive. There are two food stores nereby (IDEA, 3-5 minutes on foot) and a large food story (VOLI, 3-minute drive). There is a restaurant (Stara kuća) in close proximity (on foot).
