A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Lil Sass in name - Big Sass in attitude! This second storey, self-contained haven has private access, internal stairs and is fully separated from the main residence. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach (or longer if in holiday mode). Want a barista coffee? Grab one on your way past from one of the local beachfront cafes. Sunshine Coast Airport is a 5-minute drive - the easiest airport commute you will ever do! For longer stays there is a washing machine & dryer and full kitchen.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
