The villa is part of a gated complex, opposite the beach with crystal clear sea and white sands with stunning sunsets in the evening! Ban Rublom is a house closing to the Rayong beach, local-friendly activities, Thai seafood restaurant, local street-food which is super delicious and affordable. People usually come over for eating and chilling. You’ll love my place because of the location, reasonable price, 50m near the beach, my space is suitable for a group of people living together, doing activities, cooking, eating seafood, enjoying sunset. My place is good for families (with children) and big groups.

Outside the area lies the unexploited Thailand with a rich selection of restaurants, beaches and markets. The nearest beach is only 400m and the pool is at the perfect distance fom the house. The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.
