The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Until there is no 5 minute walk. Zell lies at 426 m and is framed by hills and mountains to over 1000 m altitude. It is a small town with good shopping and good connection to bus and train. You can borrow a bicycle for small tours for 5€ / day

Die komplett eingerichtete Einliegerwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Nach Rottweil, der ältesten Stadt Baden-Württembergs, sind es nur 3 Kilometer. Der Schwarzwald und die schwäbische Alb liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.
