Zařízený byt blízko centra města.

Byt je v přízemí domu. Skládá se z velkého pokoje - který je rozdělen pergolou na obývací a spací část, dále kuchyně a koupelny s WC. Ve spací části je veliké dvojlůžko a v obývací části jsou dvě rozkládací pohovky. Čistě povlečené spaní pro čtyři osoby ihned k dispozici. Kuchyň je vybavena běžnými spotřebiči - varná deska, konvice, lednice, trouba, dále nádobím a příbory. V koupelně je k dispozici pračka s příslušenstvím, ručníky a běžné hygienické potřeby. WIFI v celém bytě je samozřejmostí.

Apartmán u Lipna-Frymburk 5

Nově zrekonstruovaný byt u vodní nádrže Lipno nabízí příjemné ubytování pro páry i rodiny s dětmi. V okolí je nespočet možností, jak strávit volný čas v létě i v zimě (cyklostezka, pláž Frymburk, dětská hřiště, sjezdovka,...). Díky nedalekému Lipnu nad Vltavou je lokalita skvělá pro strávení aktivní dovolené (Skiareál Kramolín, Stezka korunami stromů, Království lesa, Bobová dráha). Apartmán 40m2 je plně vybaven-kuchyň, koupelna, dvě ložnice oddělené posuvnou stěnou, sklep na kola apod.

Urlaub auf 84 m²-Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung und Anbindung an Linz. Für maximal 4 Personen. Maximale Belegung: 2 Erwachsene im Doppelbett, 1 Erwachsener im großen Einzelbett, 1 Kind unter 2 Jahren im Gitterbett. Die private Wohnung bildet das obere Geschoß eines Zweifamilienhauses in schöner Lage Nähe der Stadtgrenze von Linz. Kinder sind willkommen, die Unterkunft gilt jedoch laut Airbnb-Definition als nicht kindersicher (z.B. keine Fenstersicherung oder separate Thermostate).

My cozy apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the historic center of Český Krumlov. A big bonus is free parking right in front of the house, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest without any worries. After a day of exploring the town, you can return to a relaxing space with a fully equipped kitchen. Reliable WiFi and a Smart TV are, of course, included. The bathroom comes with a shower, towels and complimentary toiletries.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz. The high room height conveys a unique feeling of living, a spacious bathtub and a high terrace with a view of a beautiful garden complete the feel-good atmosphere. The equipment is over complete. The apartment is at your own disposal and has a private entrance. Ideal for people who are looking for something special or want to stay longer in Linz.

Liebevolle Ferien-Monteurwohnung Nähe Linz. Wir leben sehr ländlich, jedoch nur 9km von der Hauptstadt Linz entfernt. Perfekt gelegen ist unsere Wohnung für Durchreisende, Familien mit Kindern (gute Ausflugsziele), Radfahrer (Donauradweg) und Urlauber. Mit eigenem airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.
