This fully self-contained studio is attached to the main home but completely separate, with your own private entrance. It includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a lounge, a kitchenette, a laundry, and access to a shared pool in the complex. Ideal for professionals and longer stays. Preordered frozen premium meals are available

“Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac this tiny house offers everything. Modern completely self contained tiny house with own private access and off road parking. Private deck with access to the large swimming pool. Just a few minutes drive to the Bruce Highway, North Lakes Westfield (Ikea and Costco) and North Lakes Medical precinct. 20 mins from airport, 40mins to Sunshine Coast, 60mins to Gold Coast. 10 minute walk to the railway station for direct travel to Brisbane City or Redcliffe.

"Gasworks Creek Cottage" (A little bit different)

The Cottage sits right on the border of Brisbane's Northern Bay Side suburbs of Sandgate and Deagon and overlooks the Gasworks Creek reserve. Formerly an old carpenters workshop, the exposed timbers create a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. Ideal for the Entertainment Centre or nipping into Brizzy. 1 x Queen bedroom. 1 x sofa bed in the lounge + 2 kids beds up in the star gazers loft..

Just a short walk from cafés, shops, parklands and the beachfront, with Sandgate Station only 700m away (3 stops to BEC). Brisbane Airport is a 15-minute drive and the CBD is a 30-minute train ride. Wander up the Secret Garden path and step into your own peaceful hideaway, with a plunge pool to cool you on those hot humid days.

Gran’s Guesthouse - Tranquil Studio with 12m Pool

Stay with us for a peaceful break on an acreage property, away from the hustle and bustle, with abundant native birds and animals including our elusive koalas, often heard and occasionally spotted. Gran’s guest house is close to the main house with it’s own access and kitchenette, ensuite, two queen size beds (very close together) in a studio space. You have access to the pool directly out the front door. We provide a generous, seasonal, continental breakfast basket to help you settle in.

We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling you are autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon. You are required by QLD law, to provide unobstructed photos of your drivers licence front and rear to clearly identify your name an address.
