Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. This is a gorgeous three bedroom apartment located in Palermo in a turn of the century French style building – everything is in immaculate condition. The location is excellent, one block from Shopping mall Alto Palermo, near Santa Fe Ave, with excellent restaurants, cafes, cinemas, video stores and easy access to Recoleta, Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho. This location offer easy access to everywhere in the city, by subway, bus, car rental or taxis. The apartment is located in the first floor with a total of 8 apartments in the whole building. This construction has very high ceilings, with ornate plaster work and an original Pinotea Norwegian wooden floor, which creates an extremely warm and homely feel to the apartment. Es el departamento que compartí con mis hermanos durante toda mi universidad! Muy practico para transporte publico o para tomar un UBER/Taxi, ya que tienes a una cuadra Av. las Heras y a 2 cuadras Av. libertador. Tiene una terraza MUY linda con una parrilla para hacer un buen asado argentino. El barrio es muy bueno hay muchos lugares para ir a comer y tomar algo! La zona es de las mejores de Bs As, estas entre Palermo y Recoleta. Para la TV es con Chromcast.

Amplio departamento. Excelente por su ubicación, comodidad y estilo.
