Tucked away in the historic Bluffton neighborhood, our home is a 5 minute (.4 mile) walk to Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan. Opposite direction, you will be on the bank of Muskegon Lake where you can drop your kayak or paddleboard in for a cruise. If you have a boat, there is a public launch less than a mile away as well as a public bike trail along Muskegon Lake that leads to downtown. Finally, Third Coast Cottage is a 30 min drive to Michigan Adventure and the Winter Sports Complex.

The Cottage is a 1940s cozy space for family and friends to unwind, connect, and enjoy a magical Michigan summer. Spend your days laying in the sun at the Lake Michigan beaches, biking along the lake front path, and hiking in West Michigan’s famed State Parks. Spend your nights around a campfire or visiting Downtown's famed breweries. Located two miles from Lake Michigan in the residential “Lakeside neighborhood” of Muskegon, our 1940s-era cozy rental is centrally located for your adventures.

Relax in the spacious open interior while watching TV on the Big screen. The three bedrooms include two spacious rooms each with KING beds and a bunk bed in the third room. Revel in the full entertainment space in the basement that is equipped with TV, video games, seating, bar and a foosball table. Located close to Muskegon lake and Downtown.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Situated on its own sand dune with a west-facing deck (sunsets) & views of both Lake Michigan & North Sand Lake, our 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is perfect for a beach vacation, work retreat or if you just need to get away. Our property backs up to the lovely new Dune Harbor Park. You'll have foot access to our private Lake Michigan beach and the Dune Harbor trails, all while being 15 mins away from both downtown Grand Haven & Muskegon.

Please enjoy a relaxing stay in our intricately designed home complete with all you need for longer trips! Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

Within .4 miles are the two lakes, the famed Pere Marquette Beach and The Deck restaurant and bar which overlooks Lake Michigan.
