Guests also receive exclusive & unlimited use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, and dock w/swim platform from early May until late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots. There are expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a secluded & verdant backyard with an adjacent vernal pond that's filled with wildlife and enchanting forrest sounds.

Jack Jr.-a little place in the woods

Jack Jr is tucked away at the edge of the woods up on the hill of the historical city of Newaygo. This space was created to be a getaway from all the hustle bustle with a .5 mile trek (walk/bike/drive) into the town of Newaygo or its many surrounding adventures. Bike or hike the Dragon Trail, visit the Newaygo Brewery or Market 41, fish the Muskegon River or any of the multiple surrounding bodies of water we have. Float the river in the summer or hit the snowmobile trails in the winter.

Bass Lake Mama's House

Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.
