Bathroom features large tiled shower, flush toilet, with towels and toiletries. Beautiful setting on private pond stocked with bass, blue gill and crappy for fishing fun. Fire pit, gas grill and cornhole.

Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

Come see the historical Y-Bridge, visit The Wilds or just relax. Please note, space is downtown on a busy corner with street and neighborhood noise at prime times.

It is within walking distance to Genesis Hospital and several restaurants/shopping areas. Wifi and cable included. There are 2 flat screen TV's for your comfort. Laundry room is on-site and there is a full kitchen. Whether you are relocating, are on a short-term job assignment, are in between homes, or are just simply enjoying the city, this is a great low-stress rental!

The house is in close proximity to Newark, Zanesville, Columbus, and Amish country. Furniture and decor varies occasionally due to updates.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
