Beautiful Waterfront Cottage is conveniently located 2.5 hours from the GTA (20 mins from Parry Sound). This Cottage has a gorgeous lake view with a private beach, dock and deep water for swimming. Guests have access to kayaks, life jackets, noodles, as well as outdoor sports equipment for volleyball, badminton, tetherball, boccia ball, soccer, and football. Cottage has a fire place, BBQ and fire pit. Play a round of exceptional golf at The Ridge at Manitou golf course located right on the lake.

Nestled in the woods on Walkers Point, this is a great opportunity to reconnect with nature. We promise when you leave you’ll appreciate the forest as much as the water that surrounds us. Although we are not on the water, we are a 3min drive to a semi-private beach. Kayaks & life vests included (& delivered). Snowshoes incl in winter. Light breakfast is yogurt & fruit. There are 2 very large studios with ensuites and balcony plus one guestroom. Breakfast is not included but available optional. If selected it will served in the country style dining room or on the terrace with lake view. Sorry no pets.
