The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

The master bedroom have a queen size bed, a second room with double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and the second bedroom is shared with a shower.
