Unique stand alone stone cottage located on a hillock in the middle of 250 acres of tea plantation. This private property farmstay offers seclusion, safety and total privacy with sweeping views of the tea estate overlooking the valley and its surrounding hills. As it is a working farm our guests can participate in the daily activities of tea picking while in season, explore our vegetables and flower gardens, pick and cook fresh fruits and vegetables or wander about endlessly across the estate.

My parents live next door in their bungalow. The gated community, christened Topuban, was purchased by my maternal grandparents in 1956. Each of their children inherited plots of land. My parents are one of only two households, of the original family, that now live here permanently.
