Built in 2020, a spacious studio on the entire 2nd floor with an outlook over Pandora Pond. Private access, kitchenette, large bathroom, and a small deck to relax on are just some of the features. A dairy, fish n chips, and pharmacy are directly across the road. Close to Westshore beach, Hawkes Bay Airport, and the extensive network of walking and cycling pathways. Westshore Pub is a 2 minute stroll down the road. Ahuriri and its cafes, bars, and restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk away.

My home has been called ‘Hotel Suse' ever since my children left home, but return with their families and friends to stay. My suite is warm and inviting. So close to the sea that the waves will soothe you to sleep. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, sink for your convenience. Perfect for simple dinners if you decide to stay in, or walk to a nearby restaurant instead. A lounge opens out to an outdoor space. A lovely bathroom will refresh you after a day exploring our wonderful region.

Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy.
